With stunning uninterrupted views from the hills across the sea to the Rock of Calpe, Villa Lumbreras is an idyllic retreat nestled above the El Portet neighbourhood of Moraira. Fully equipped, from sophisticated underfloor heating and separate heating/cooling air conditioning units in every room, to free fibre Internet WiFi throughout. This house is ideal for both the summer and winter seasons. With four bedrooms and two separate living areas, this is the perfect house for couples or a family.
Recently re-styled with designer furniture and modern art, the house is a luxurious example of stylish design. The whole property is a joy of large windows letting in plenty of natural light and the spectacular sea views.
Villa Lumbreras is entered from the large south facing terrace, famous for its spectacular sunsets over the saltwater pool. The terrace features an outdoor shower and a comfortable lounge area protected from the sun by a new automatic awning. The outdoor dining table, next to the barbecue, seats 10 and offers equally panoramic sea and mountain views from under a stylish sun sail providing plenty of shade. There are also 8 comfortable sunbeds on this terrace to create the perfect place to relax.
The terrace seamlessly flows inside through large sliding pation windows to the airy dining area, with equally beautiful sea views. The fully equipped modern kitchen has been re-stocked with a variety of utensils and glassware, as well as a new set of dishes and pots, and features a new fridge-freezer with ice-maker. The bright and modern living space is adjacent, providing plenty of seating and a newly re-configured TV/cable setup boasting most international channels.
The large master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom and new wardrobe is on this floor, along with a further bedroom that doubles as a lounge. This leads out to a private side terrace with tranquil views of the uninhabited hills and the beautiful bay of El Portet. A further bathroom is directly opposite.
Downstairs there is an additional living area with two smart TVs and a well-stocked library, as well as two large bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi, that sits next to patio doors leading out to another secluded terrace, giving it an outdoor feel with mountain and sea views.
Each bedroom features large wardrobe space and there is a fully equipped utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and plenty of external drying space.
Parking is located behind a remote controlled gate leading to an off road parking area and garage for two cars.
Villa Lumbreras is only a 7-minute peaceful walk to El Portet beach, and 25 minutes by foot to the vibrant centre of Moraira via the scenic coastal walk. It is the ideal place to holiday, have a flex cation, or simply have a wonderfully relaxing and peaceful break.

Just returned from 2 weeks in this amazing villa. Paula was very helpful from start to finish with information and helping us with early check in. The villa was in a great location and easily accessible to all restaurants and bars. Beach in El Portet is absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Spent 9 days in this well planned, well equipped house. The pool, the view and the nice breeze up on the hill made us spend most of the time there instead of venturing out. It’s also a very quite and peaceful house.
The property manager -Paula – is very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or recommendations that might come up..

We loved this house. Every room was lovey, as well as clean and really home from home. Hosts easy to contact. We were met by lovely Paula who showed us around. There was even soap! Yes, after travelling all day, we do appreciate washing our hands on arrival, I’m shocked at how many places I’ve stayed at with a Home and Away that don’t provide basic hand washing soap. Plenty space for luggage and clothes. Pool was very clean even at the end of our holiday. Secure and to be honest I cannot fault this property. One thing, it would have been good to have instructions on how to use appliances, but I guess everything is available on the internet these days, nevertheless that’s about the only improvement I’d make. Thank you Paula for all your help. Hope to see you again.

Perfect for a family holiday. Villa well equipped and to a high standard. Stunning views of the sea and mountains and incredible sun sets. Loved El Portet and it’s beautiful beach. An early morning swim in the sea and then breakfast overlooking the beach was wonderful. Moraira has plenty of good restaurants and supermarket shopping is an easy drive. Lovely spacious, clean and bright villa with fantastic pool and outdoor space! 5/5

We were a party of 8 (3 couples and 2 children) and all LOVED the villa! It was so bright and spacious with a fantastic pool and outdoor space. The entire villa is air conditioned (very necessary in the August heat) and has three bathrooms which made all getting ready to go out at the same time relatively easy.
Paula was brilliant- she replied to my messages very quickly and was so friendly and willing to help with anything. We had a wonderful holiday- thank you again Paula!
