This amazing villa located in Moraira, has 360 degrees breath taking Panoramic Sea and Mountain views, including Calpe rock, Moraira town centre, the surrounding valleys, El Portet Bay, and all the way to the Montgo Mountain in Javea, truly spectacular!
With South facing orientation you can enjoy all day sun Summer and Winter.
The villa has large electric gates leading up the private driveway with parking for 3 cars and a covered car port. You enter the villa through a large covered naya which has spectacular open views over the Sea, El Portet Bay, Calpe, the mountains and Moraira Town Centre, the most wonderful place to wake up with your coffee or tea in the morning and enjoy relaxing throughout the day until the sun goes down, then the view is equally beautiful with the lights from the valley and town centre, watching the sunset and sunrise is truly delightful.
From the Naya you enter into the light and bright lounge area through full sized double glazed patio doors into the open plan living room and dining area with table and chairs for 6 people, also to the well laid out kitchen which is fully equipped with dish washer, a new fridge, oven and hob, and an air fryer, also a water purification system providing fresh filtered drinking water, all with the same stunning views of the Sea and Calpe Rock, and a full wall sized picture window that looks out to the very spacious newly renovated pool and extensive terraces with Pico Bello's Iconic palm tree, and Mediterranean plants, bird of paradise and banana trees. The kitchen also leads directly out to the pool which has two outdoor eating areas, one pool side, and the other in the Plaza, each with table and chairs for 6 people. There is an outdoor kitchen with a full size fridge freezer, Webber charcoal BBQ and electric sockets.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, all with the same beautiful views of the sea and mountains. The large master bedroom is en-suite with a recently renovated bathroom, and full sized glazed patio doors opening out to the pool and terraces, There is also a guest bathroom with shower and toilet. All the rooms, including bedrooms, have full hot & cold air conditioning.
The 8 x 4 private swimming pool has spacious terraces and sunbathing areas with umbrellas for shade, and stunning breath taking sea views.
This beautiful villa is set in a quite and peaceful location, within a 2 minute drive to some local bars, a supermarket, and only a 5 minute drive to the pretty cosmopolitan town centre of Moraira with its blue flag beaches, pretty El Portet Bay, a large selection of bars, restaurants, and boutique shops, something for everyone. The Sol Park tennis complex is just 5 minutes drive, and 10 minutes to the nearest golf course.
There is free fast Wifi, and a smart TV with numerous channels in English and many other languages.

Lieke K.We were at Pico Bello villa for a week break-away, me, my wife and young adult son. What can I say? We can’t agree more to the splendid comments made already by others. The moment we arrived and were met by superb host Paula, we directly fell in love with the property. The villa is comfortable and cosy, the views, the garden, the pool, the patio just magnificent, Your car can be parked comfortably on the spacious drive way and safely as there is an iron gate with remote control. Automatic lighting is well provided. One can look from the living out into the pool area, at night with lights on it gives a beautiful, romantic view, the wall behind then resembles a fine painting. Pay attention to the stars too! We only had good wheather and fine temperatures, though a sweater may be wise to wear when eating outside at nights. We love eating out, there are so many good spots. Lots of interesting places along the whole coast from Denia down to Benidorm. Go see the miradors around Cap de la Nau. It has been our second time to Moraira, it is a winner! The villa area is familiar to us, we stayed there before at a villa of dutch owners – we are from Holland – yet they have sold the place and is no longer for rent and so we arrived at Paula´s place, which we don’t regret at all. We endorse all recommendations for Pico Bello. Hope to be back soon.

A beautiful villa, peaceful location and amazing views.

Angela C.Our family had a lovely, relaxing holiday in this beautiful villa. My husband & I travelled with our two sons aged 16 & 21. It was very well equipped and the pool was great with pretty plants and flowers to make the outside space perfect. The outside fridge/freezer was great and the location was so peaceful with the most amazing, panoramic views. It was totally private and you had great views no matter where you were. It was very well equipped and clean and all looked new. Paula, the manager was lovely and only a call away and always on hand to help with any questions. We hired a car from Drivalia at the airport and they were very good. A minibus was waiting at the airport to take us the short drive to their rental company and Paula met us when we arrived and took us up to the villa. You do need a car when you are there, although it is only a few minutes drive into Moraira and there is a large free car park where you could always easily park. (bearing in mind this was not the school holidays though). This villa has everything you need for a fabulous holiday and we would certainly highly recommend it. Moraira is lovely with a really nice feel to it, both in the day and at night. We had a lovely walk into El Portet which is a small resort nearby and definitely worth a visit.
The only thing I missed was being able to have a walk from the villa in the evening as it is very hilly but the views compensated for this. There are a couple of bars and restaurants fairly nearby but we didn’t go to those. It would be ok walking down but not back up! We preferred to go into Moraira and can recommend Vespa’s restaurant. A very popular Italian restaurant and the food was divine with great, friendly service.
We have no hesitation in recommending this villa if you want peace and relaxation in a beautiful setting.

Jon H.We were met at the property by Paula (the owner) who showed us around; told us everything we needed to know and answered any questions. She was so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The property was just as we had hoped it would be; modern, clean, well-equipped; lovely pool area and had the most wonderful views – which we spent every evening enjoying (usually with a glass of wine in hand!)
We were impressed with the area as we had never been before. There are supermarkets nearby and Moraira has a good selection of shops and restaurants; and a lovely beach.
All-in-all a lovely week. One tip would be to plan your route to the property well or, better still, use sat-nav as the roads are tricky to navigate until you get more familiar with them.

Gary S.I couldn’t recommend this villa highly enough. My wife, two sons and myself stayed at Pico Bella in early August this year and place was exactly as described. Lovely villa, vey well maintained in an amazing location. The views from the pool area and the naya are worth booking alone. Five minutes drive to Moraira and all the shops/bars. 2 or 3 supermarkets again within 5 minutes drive. Many thanks to Paula who manages the villa, she was a great help and very prompt every time we had arranged to meet her and I am sure we will be returning.

Julie N.We stayed as a family of 3 at Pico Bello in mid to late August and had a wonderful time. Paula always responded quickly to our queries and gave us a great welcome.
The villa and outside space was even better than we expected. We spent most of our time outside, either in/around the pool or naya – both of which had the most amazing views of the town, hillside, sea and villas all dotted around. There were some lovely breezes which made the heat bearable, great if staying in the height of summer.
Inside the villa was cool, clean and modern whilst still having plenty of character. Whilst it’s relatively high up, it takes only 5-10 mins to drive into town. There’s also lots of restaurants and supermarkets within easy reach.
Thanks again Paula and we hope to come back again.
